IMPORTANT REMINDER… Friday January 9^th, 2004 is the last day to report any ATOM 1099 changes for the 2003 tax year (which ended November 29, 2003). Please review for the following 1099 information for accuracy. Is your Tax Name correct? Is your Tax Address correct? Is your Tax Identification Number correct? Any discrepancies should be immediately reported to Client Management Operations, 312.930.8159.
